I have now lived here for almost 5 yrs now. The recent updates to the apartments are wonderful. New washer and dryer and ... new patio sliding doors. The washer and dryer you have to get used to and find your happy medium. It's not like the washer/dryer in the laundry room. Need to make smaller loads which I have no problem with. I don't have to go up and down steps to do laundry, which is wonderful for me. The new doors are beautiful and quiet. The maintenance people during all of this have been wonderful. Always letting me know what their time frame was everyday. So all around, this has been the best apartment complex I've ever lived in and I've lived in a lot of them, trust me. Exceptional Service in Shoveling the Snow
I want to thank the maintenance staff at Cromwell Valley Appartments for taking the time to break up the snow near my car ... and the cars of others to make it easier to drive out of the parking space.???? I know they shovel the main roads, however I so appreciate them shoveling in-between and around our cars!?? That's why I love living here! It's the extra attention that they give to the needs of the residents that mean the world to me. My favorite apartment complex I have ever lived in! ???? The Cromwell Valley staff are kind and prompt. I feel safe walking my dog in the early morning and evening hours. The apartment is spacious and the neighbors seem friendly.

I feel safe and it's roomy. Nice walking area for exercise. Cromwell Valley is very convenient to work and other activities and shopping is great. The office and maintenance are very responsive.

I have had a wonderful experience with moving in to Cromwell Valley and living in the apartment. The way the apartment complex is run is very organized. I really like the community. This is the best apartment complex I have lived in this far.
