Pay online 24 hours a day by using your bank account, debit or credit card. You can also pay by mail with a check or money order. 

Yes, an active renter's insurance policy is mandatory with a personal liability in the amount of $100,000. 

Comcast is our recommended service and all units are cable ready. 

Yes, but early termination fees apply. 

Call BGE and have services updated to your name when you have your move in date and address. 

Parking and trash is included.

Appointments are recommended and appreciated but walk ins are always welcome. 

1 Bed/1 Bath - 700 sq. ft., 2 Bed/2 Bath - 1,100-1,200 sq. ft., 3 Bed/2 Bath - 1,500 sq. ft.

Yes, off-street parking is available to residents and their guests. 

Private swimming pool, fitness center, clubhouse, playground, tennis court, laundry center on every floor, courtyard

We do not have a dog park however, pet waste stations are conveniently located throughout the community. 

No, Washer/Dryer available in some units and laundry center on every floor.

Yes, pets are welcome.  You can bring up to 2 cats, 1 cat and 1 dog, or 1 dog, pets must be under 50 lbs. fully grown. Breed restrictions apply. 

Refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal.

No, parking is unassigned and first come first serve throughout the community. 

Every unit is fully turned at move out, carpet and/or plank flooring is replace or cleaned depending on wear and tear, repairs are made, unit is painted and property managers inspect the unit to make sure the it is move in ready. 

You do not need to be home for maintenance. 

Yes, maintenance is on site throughout the day and we also have 24-hour emergency service. 

You can call us at the Leasing Center or put in a service request through your Resident Portal online. 

You can call the main office, or call after hours number on the sticker located in your kitchen cabinet. 

If you are locked out Monday-Friday between 8-4, contact the Leasing Center, show your ID and we will give you access to your home. After hours and on weekends, you will be charged a lock out fee.
